Elevation Support Services
1. Introduction
Elevation Support Services, a website owned by Polopre United Kingdom Limited (registration number 13394684), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," offers commercial support services to clients, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Provider will deliver tailored security, commercial cleaning, waste management, and pest control services to elevate the Client's business.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Elevation Support Services will provide professional personnel for security, commercial cleaning, waste management, and pest control services as agreed upon with the Client.
2.2 The personnel will perform their duties diligently, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, waste management, and pest control of the premises as per the agreed-upon terms.
2.3 Specific services, including details and scope, will be outlined in a written agreement between Elevation Support Services and the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client agrees to provide Elevation Support Services with all necessary information regarding the premises or event, including location, dates, and specific service requirements.
3.2 The Client will cooperate with Elevation Support Services and provide any additional information or support required for the provision of services.
3.3 The Client will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the premises or event and ensure that occupants or attendees also adhere to these laws and regulations.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The Client agrees to pay Elevation Support Services the agreed-upon fees for the services provided.
4.2 Payment terms and conditions will be specified in a separate agreement or invoice provided by Elevation Support Services.
4.3 In the event of service cancellation or rescheduling, the Client may be subject to cancellation fees as agreed upon in writing.
5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1 Elevation Support Services will take reasonable measures to ensure safety and security; however, the Client acknowledges unforeseen circumstances beyond the Provider's control.
5.2 Elevation Support Services is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from acts or omissions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Elevation Support Services harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from the premises or event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Elevation Support Services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during service provision confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or with written consent.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision.
7.2 In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay Elevation Support Services for any services already provided up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By engaging Elevation Support Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
