Event Security Guards
Our event security guards are the backbone of every deployment we run. Each officer holds a valid front-line SIA licence, is vetted to BS 7858 standards, and is briefed specifically on your event before they arrive on site.
From a 50-guest private function to a 20,000-capacity festival, we scale a guarding team to the exact risk profile of your event — access control, bag searches, perimeter patrols, response and incident management — and present them in smart, plausible attire that fits the tone of your occasion.

Event Security Guards — FAQs
Are your event security guards SIA licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and carries it on site. We verify each licence on the SIA register before deployment.
How many security guards do I need for my event?
It depends on guest numbers, alcohol, layout and risk. A common planning baseline is one guard per 75–100 guests for a low-risk event, with more for ticketed, licensed or high-profile events. Use our free security guard calculator for a tailored figure.
Is there a minimum booking?
Most bookings are for a minimum of four hours per guard, which is standard across the UK industry. We can advise the most cost-effective shift pattern for your event.
Do you cover events outside London?
Yes — we cover all of London and the Home Counties (Surrey, Berkshire, Kent, Hertfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire), with gated coverage in Manchester and other major cities.
